VictorsSnap Support

Getting Started

Go from download to submitted expense in under five minutes.

1. Install and open VictorsSnap

  1. Install VictorsSnap from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Open the app. You'll be asked to sign in with Apple, Google, or Xero. Pick whichever matches how you want to log in on future devices.
  3. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. VictorsSnap locks itself every time you leave it — by design.

2. Connect your accounting provider

VictorsSnap works with Xero, QuickBooks Online, or both at once. You'll connect through the provider's own secure sign-in — VictorsSnap never sees your password.

  1. Open Settings → Connections in the app.
  2. Tap Add Connection, then pick Xero or QuickBooks Online.
  3. Sign in on the provider's page and approve the requested permissions. You'll be returned to VictorsSnap automatically.
  4. If you have multiple organizations or companies, you can repeat step 2–3 to connect each one. They'll all appear in the organization picker.
QuickBooks note: only a QBO Company Admin can do the initial Intuit sign-in. If you're not the admin, ask them to connect first and then invite you by email — you'll join via Add Connection → QuickBooks Online → Join an Existing Company. Full walkthrough on the QuickBooks page.

3. Scan your first receipt

  1. Tap the Snap tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Either take a photo of a paper receipt, or tap the import icon to pick a PDF or image from Files or your Photo Library.
  3. Wait a few seconds while AI reads the receipt. You'll see the extracted vendor, date, total, and suggested expense account appear.
Tip: flatten the receipt, avoid shadows, and include the full footer — that's where totals and reference numbers live.

4. Review and submit

  1. On the review screen, confirm the vendor, date, amount, and expense account. Tap any field to change it.
  2. Use the organization pill at the top to pick which Xero organization or QuickBooks company the expense belongs to.
  3. Tap Submit. The expense is sent as a draft to your accounting system, with the receipt image attached.
  4. A green status badge means the submission was accepted. You can view and edit the entry inside Xero or QuickBooks at any time.

5. Explore the rest of the app
